I want to share with you the outstanding customer service we get from Les.  He is personable, capable, professional, and accommodating.  He never fails to make absolutely sure we have what we need and offers suggestions for better service whenever he sees an opportunity.  It is extremely helpful for us to have a service person who always does the most possible rather than the least required.  Top notch guy.  Thank-you.
