We are All Family

Our company just started doing business with Prudential Overall Supply, and though we haven’t met I would like to share a situation we had with your company, which confirmed my decision in choosing your company for our uniform needs.

This past Monday our company was hit with some devastating news, one of our body technicians passed away from a massive heart attack as he was getting ready to come to work. Chris had been with us for over fifteen years and was a big part of our family, so his passing was not only a shock but a big loss.

Thursday is our normal uniform pick up date and we advised our Prudential “CSR” Frank Diogostine of our situation. Frank didn’t hesitate to advise me that he would go ahead and credit the account on what uniforms we had but also showed extreme and sincere empathy regarding our loss. What impressed me the most was that he was empowered to make a decision on the spot and said to me, remember Mike, we are all family when it comes to the Prudential family.

I just wanted you to know that Frank’s handling of this difficult situation made our loss a little easier. Though I thanked him, I wanted you to know that you have a tremendous asset in Frank Diogostine.
