Prudential Overall Supply, an industry leader in reusable image work apparel and related textiles, announced a new service: Online and Phone Payments.
Customers can pay from anywhere, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
To pay, they can log onto www.PrudentialUniforms.com or call toll-free (866) 204-5652 to an automated phone payment service. Customers can pay by VISA, MasterCard or American Express card.
“This is a win for everyone involved,” said John Thompson, Senior Vice President and CFO. “By automating the payment process, we are saving time for our customers as well as our staff. Of course, online and phone payments are Green initiatives as well, since our customers won’t be using paper checks or envelopes. It’s great to do something that benefits our customers while at the same time being kinder to the environment,” commented Thompson.
Customers can pay multiple invoices in one visit—they simply check the box for full payment—or on one phone call. They can also view invoice balances online or hear them in the automated phone payment system. A paper trail can still exist since customers can go online to print receipts, if needed. Their electronic (online and phone) payment history and pending payments are viewable online, as well.
If customers need assistance using the online and phone system, they can call the PSN Call Center, which operates 365 days a year. Call Center support and the automated phone system are available in Spanish and English.
Security of online information is always a concern, so when the Company looked for a processor to provide electronic payments, that was a top consideration. They chose Payment Service Network (PSN) which has attained Level 1 Certification by the Payment Card Industry – Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), the highest degree of security awarded by the industry.
