Management Potential Training Program
The Management Potential Training Program (MPTP) is a 12-month hands-on training program for college graduates. The program includes training in three focus areas: production and plant operations, route delivery and customer service, and corporate sales. With locations nation-wide, the Manager Trainee will also have opportunities for traveling assignments that will help to build their knowledge of Prudential’s culture and the industry. Additionally, Trainees will receive leadership training in a cohort with other program participants and seasoned company managers. Our goal is to provide personal and professional development that will help lead to a management role and equip individuals to realize ongoing career growth.
